With 174 sport climbing routes, varying from 4 all the way through to 8b, a whole climbing adventure is not out of the question in this area.

Andrew Warner,

Finally, a place where my parents aren't dragging me out of bed at 8 to travel to a faraway place.  That is because everything we need is here.  Such a perfect place to do loads of activities or absolutely nothing.  Thank you Trixie,

Tip top, Dad, aged 45.

Ed. aged 14,

Our Norwegian family of five (three teenager boys, two adults) had ten wonderful days in Casa de la Finestra. This is a perfect place if you need 100% relaxation and like to stay away from noisy tourist areas. But the Casa is also a perfect starting point for discovering the area.

We drove the exciting railway track with beautiful scenery, walked to the nice river (excellent for swimming) and drove to the village Villalonga. This village has a really good supermarket and a few good restaurants. 20-30 minutes drive from the Casa you'll find some of Europe's best beaches (Oliva and Gandia).

The Casa de la Finestra has all you need; swimming pool, good kitchen facilities, two bathrooms and wireless Internet connection. And do not forget to visit the charming pub/restaurant Diddly Bar, 2-3 kilometers from the Casa.

Thanks to Trixie and Allan for ten wonderful days in Casa de la Finestra.

Ragnar,

First time to this part of Spain. A good mix of small villages, friendly locals, great scenery and Valencia just a train ride or drive away.

Definitely a level of welcome and hospitality that we've not experienced at any other villa - Trixie and Allan do everything they can to make the holiday very special.

Views are spectacular and the local river is a good way to cool off if you want a change from the pool.

Paella cooking should be compulsory on any spanish holiday.

- a great holiday destination and a unique experience!
